Lightweight comfort

At just 122 grams, Zone 305 is so light you will almost forget you’re wearing it. The soft, padded headband and earpads further improve your comfort, so you can keep it on the whole day and move around freely.

Uninterrupted calls

  • Yes, Zone 305 is compatible with the above platforms. For call controls and mute sync with meeting platforms, pick either Teams or UC (Google Meet & Zoom) certified versions.

  • Check for firmware updates on Logi Tune. Make sure your headset is selected as input device and the mic boom is down. Try adjusting your “Mic level” settings in Logi Tune.

  • Make sure your headset is up to date in Logi Tune. Try adjusting the output volume in your system settings, and also check if your headset is selected as output device.

  • Try to quit other applications running in the background that may have activated your mic. Reboot your headset or computer if the problem persists.

  • In some rare instances, we have seen some cases where voice is fluctuating in the Zoom app. In that case, try to turn off the Auto-Gain-Control (AGC) setting in Zoom settings.

    It does not cancel the background noise. In fact, with dual mics, it even captures the noise from a different room. This headset is not recommended if you have noisy background because your listener will always hear the noise if you wear this Logitech Zone 305 for business.

    Even if you enable noise suppression on Microsoft Teams, this headset will ensure that it captures all the background noise.

    Better go to office and work than buying this headset with noise cancellation feature.

    These are perfect for left-handed folks!

    I've had a few different sets of headphones - Logitech, Microsoft, Plantronic, and they're all pretty good - but this is the first set that I feel was built for a lefty.

    All the controls are on the left, the microphone is on the left, raising and lowering the boom mutes and unmutes.

    They sound good, and can pair to my phone, my work computer, my Linux computer, and my TV, the battery seems pretty good, I've never run it down to the point it just died, and you get plenty of warning to charge it up.

    No son lo que promete...
    Los compré pensando en la libertad de ser inalámbricos, ya que las serie 305 es for Business y por algunos reviews que tenían buenas características. Pero no se dejen llevar.
    Pero estos que venden en México son una versión super recortada, no cuentan con ningún tipo de reducción de ruido, en las conferencias ya sea MS Teams o cualquier softphone se cuela hasta el ruido de las moscas. Y lo peor, su micrófono capta hasta el ruido que hace el vecino.
    No viene con el adaptador (algunos modelos de 305) que supuestamente viene, solo se conecta vía BT dices bueno está bien, pero no especifican cuáles sí y cuales no.
    Son cómodos y tienen una apariencia buena, buenos materiales pero su funcionalidad deja demasiado qué desear. Si necesitas trabajar remotamente en entornos ruidosos evita estos audífonos, solo sirven para escuchar música y si acaso, para llamadas casuales, nada de negocios. Puedes quedar como alguien informal o que no cuida el ambiente en el que laboras.
